Oamaru and North Otago have a proud heritage and tradition, the beautiful architecture, the long local history and the pride of its people.
Whitestone Funerals has been privileged to support and care for Oamaru and the surrounding districts since the late 1870s.
Through the Stringer, Wilson, Perkins and Ardley families the on-going care has been continuous and compassionate. Whitestone’s beautiful location is thanks to the wonderful foresight of the Perkins family and the site and facilities on Weston Road are very, very, special.
The Funeral chapel, Oamaru’s only crematorium and our memorial gardens, provide a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Our facilities and site are unique, but just as important is the continuing care at Whitestone.
